Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchases you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return the product and receive a full refund.
Remember, we cannot accept items that have been consumed, even only partially, or if their packaging has been opened, even partially.
Communication regarding withdrawal of a package must be sent, in the above terms, according to the method specified in the terms and conditions of purchase.
Verify the existence of the conditions for product returns, we provide full reimbursement and deduction of delivery costs. Remember that the delivery costs for the return of products will be payable by you.
