Approval of the general conditions of sale
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The sales contract between the Customer and the Vendor is considered concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the condition of sale at a distance, As a Customer consumer, the territorial jurisdiction shall be the reference Court of the town of the Client's residence; in other cases, jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the Court of Viterbo, Italy.
Prices, characteristics and availability of products
The prices on the Internet and transport costs include VAT
The availability of products can be verified consulting directly our catalogue. If the quantity indicated for the order weren't available at that precise moment, or it ran out because of more orders, the consumer would be immediately contacted from our customer service team and could decide to wait for the arrival of the product, replace it with another product or in case of payment by credit card, ask for a refund on this card of the product's value. For any method of payment, only the effective value of the products, which will be delivered to the customer, will be charged.
Prices, characteristics and availability of the products could change without noticing.
Delivery time
Delivery time indicated on the website are those reported in the contracts and stipulated by couriers. The Vendor can't be considered responsible of possible delay because of the courier caused by some busy periods of the year.
The unit sales price (exclusive of delivery and other charges) is shown in each article and expressed in Euro. The currency in which the transaction is carried out is Euro.
The shipping costs, which aren't included in the sale price, are calculated on the basis of the final composition of the order and according to the payment method selected.
The payment of the order online can be paid by Credit Card (Stripe), PayPal, instalments (Stripe with Klarna), bank transfer, cash on delivery (only for Italy).
For orders paid by credit card or debit card, the amount is charged at the time of shipment.
For orders paid in 3 instalments, the first payment will happen at the time of shipment. The oher two at 30 and 60 day.
For orders paid by PayPal, the debiting date corresponds to the date of the order.
Debits will only be made for the amount of products actually sent.
The payment with cash on delivery is available only for shipping with Italy as a destination and has an additional cost that will be shown in the cart before the order confirmation. At the time of delivery, it is necessary to have at disposal the exact amount of cash for the order. The courier does not accept checks and cannot give change.
Remember that for a refund (for example, the return of goods) it is necessary to have a bank or postal account, or a PayPal account.
Normally the time of delivery is 24hrs in most regions in the Italian territory (excluding Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia and the smaller islands where delivery is carried out within 48hrs).
Delivery time is 72 hrs for orders from abroad. Delivery time is subject to product availability.
The shipment will be made through courier that, when removing the goods, a consignment note will be issued regarding the information on the shipment.
Transport
The shipping costs vary depending on the items ordered and to the address to which the goods will be delivered. You can view them in your cart before concluding the order.
In order to guarantee the best service possible, please give us as much information as possible regarding the delivery, for example, the name on your intercom/door bell, that you can insert in the suitable window during your order procedure. Deliveries can't be made by appointment.
If in the event that your goods were to get damaged during transportation, you can contact us by e-mail or call the customer service team and we will try to contact you again to replace your goods.
In the specific case of damaged package, collect the package and write on the consignment note of the courier in the moment you sign the document.
Delivery of goods
The courier delivers the order during working hours. If the package can't be collected during the day, it is advisable to use as place of delivery your work place or an alternative address.
BILLING
In order to obtain the invoice of your purchased good, it is necessary to fill out the appropriate fields during registration inserting your Company Name, VAT registration number and tax code of the company.
The invoice issued will be send along with your requested goods.
For all the customers who do not require an invoice, you will receive along with your goods a regular tax receipt.
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
In accordance with Law 196/2003 on Privacy, in no event shall the Vendor disclose, to other companies or people the customer's personal data, unless for purposes strictly related to the activities performed; the data will be used merely for the following purposes:
- Accounting
- Transport
- Information of material and promotions by e-mail, only after explicit authorisation
You can, at any time, request the rectification or cancellation of the data we have.

Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 The Vendor acknowledges to the Purchase the RIGHT OF CANCELLATION. This right, by law, can be carried out by the buyer BETWEEN AND NO MORE THAN 14 (FOURTEEN) WORKING DAYS from the date the goods have been received, under penalty of expiration.
Norms for the practice of right of cancellation
The communication of cancellation must be sent, in the terms abovementioned, by registered letter, with acknowledgement of receipt or, within the same terms, by telegram or e-mail at the following address:

In case of the sending of communication by telegram or e-mail, it will be also be necessary to enforce the confirmation by registered letter with a return receipt BETWEEN AND NO MORE THAN 48HRS after communication has been sent. The goods must be returned, intact (in no case will goods be accepted if opened, even partially, or products consumed even only partially), between and no more than 14 (fourteen) working days from the same date of delivery (starting from the date stated on the consignment note given to the customer along with the goods) to the following address:

The customer must send goods, according to the methods abovementioned, with FREEPORT INSURANCE PACKAGE. In no case will cash on delivery nor port allocated packages be collected.
As required by the cited Legislative Decree, upon completion of the monitoring practices on the correct use of the right of cancellation, and checked that all requisites have been respected, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the customer.
The Vendor will try to reimburse the Customer within the terms required by law the amount paid for the purchase of goods, deducting the shipping costs and customs operations costs – if any.
PayPal reimbursement
The refund will be visible within 24hrs from the moment you receive our confirmation e-mail.
Bank account reimbursement
Reimbursement will be requested on the same day of the acceptance of returns, in the bank account used for the credit transfer. The time required to visualise the money that has been re-credited into your account depends on the beneficiary's institution.
Cash on delivery reimbursement
If the order were paid by cash on delivery, the client would be required to provide a PayPal account or bank account for the refund of the amount paid (deducting the shipping costs and any additional charges).
